You can choose from 1-hour, 1.5-hour, or 2-hour sessions depending on the depth of work you’d like to do:
1 Hour – Ideal for regular, consistent progress.
1.5 Hours – Provides extra time to explore complex topics or practise new tools without rushing.
2 Hours – Allows for deeper processing, reflection, and integration—especially helpful for trauma recovery, emotional regulation, or major life transitions.
