Most couples come in feeling stuck.
You might be having the same conversations over and over
Or avoiding them completely.
You might feel unheard, misunderstood, or disconnected.
This is where we begin.
Couples sessions are 90 minutes.
This gives you the time to move beyond surface-level conversations
and actually work through what’s underneath.
You won’t feel rushed.
You won’t be cut off mid-conversation.
You’ll have space to get somewhere meaningful.
Each session is structured, but flexible enough to meet you where you are.
We work on:
• Understanding the patterns that keep you stuck in the same conflicts.
• Slowing down conversations so both partners feel heard.
• Learning how to communicate without escalation.
• Rebuilding trust and emotional safety.
• Strengthening emotional and physical connection.
You’re not just talking about problems.
You’re learning how to move through them differently.
My role is to guide the conversation so it feels safe, balanced, and productive.
Both partners are supported equally.
Both perspectives are respected.
I use approaches grounded in research, including the John Gottman Method and attachment-based work, to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and how to respond differently.
You’ll be supported in:
• Expressing what’s really going on.
• Listening in a way that creates connection.
• Repairing after conflict instead of staying stuck in it.
Shorter sessions often end just as things start to open up.
With more time, you can:
• Move through conflict instead of pausing it.
• Practice new ways of communicating in real time.
• Leave with clarity instead of unfinished conversations.
Many couples notice a shift simply from having the space to slow down and feel heard.
You’ll leave with:
• A clearer understanding of what’s happening between you.
• Tools you can use right away.
• A sense of direction for your relationship.
Change doesn’t come from one conversation.
It comes from learning how to show up differently, together.
